SHAKING YOUR FAMILY TREE: QUERIES 1-20
I invite you to enter a query for your Morgan County ancestors but because of our limited space, please limit to only Morgan County ancestors. If you aren't sure what part of Alabama your relative was born, died or resided in, might I suggest checking the Alabama Federal Census Index, usually located at your local library or Historical Society or Genealogical Society for the time frames before and after the one you think they would be in. Enter your query information exactly as you want it to appear including the name of the county in case of misdirection with one exception, please enter the surnames in capital letters. Every effort will be made to post your queries as soon as possible.

I have a picture from your newspapers series "Looking Back" that is identified under the picture as "Family Affair". It is a Kitchens family of a father J H Doc Kitchens, and his nine sons. They are all members of the "Masons" at Mt Zion Lodge # 542. The picture appears to be early 1900's but their "regalia" could be deceiving. I would love any Kitchens information you might have of any of these men. My family tree records go back to the 1700', beginning in Maryland and PA. Indications of a few of the men moving to Alabama gives me hope in finding more family. Thank you for your wonderful efforts, I admire you for helping those of us that can not research your area like I would like to!!I appreciate your help!
