Location: From Hartselle, take Hwy. 31 south to Lacon. Turn right on County Hwy. 23. Go to Lacon Road, turn right, go to Hwy. 157. Turn Left. Cemetery is located in a pasture to the right of Hwy. 157, near the foot of the Cullman Mountain. Cemetery is very grown up and destroyed. T8S R5W Sec 25 (From Morgan Co, AL Cemeteries, Vol. II by Marilyn Sue Short Marine and Ivydene S. Walls, 1984)

Catharine Minter born: 9 March 1785 died 30 July 1863 (stonecutter J. McNab)
Josiah Minter born: 28 May 1776 died: 23 July 1854
L. E. Jones died: 25 Sept 1852 aged 2 yr 1 mo 27 da
D. D. R. A. Jones born: 5 July 1817 died: 28 Sept 1852 aged 43 yr 2 mo 23 da husband and father (notes: The initials D.D.R.A. stood for Duard David Richard Alexander.)
Lieut. R. J. Turrentine Co. D, First Ala Cav
A. B. Jones died: 28 Sept 1852 aged 1 mo 25 days (stonecutter Tuscumbia Marble Works)
Probably other graves here lost under the vines and undergrowth.

Sarah D. Sheats born: 23 Dec 1822 died: 31 July 1890 wife of B. Sheats
