"Know all men by these presents that I Bailey Chandler of Nashville in the County of Howard and State of Arkansas of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament. Hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time hereto for made, I hereby constitute and appoint my son, J.J. Chandler to be the sole executor of my last will. directing my said executor to pay all my just debts and funeral expenses and the legacies hereinafter given out of my estate, after paying my said debts and funeral expenses I give to each of my children an equal share alike of all my property, except Mealie Jane Tallent wife of Bob Tallent. Said Mealie Jane Tallent I hereby will and bequeath the sum of one dollar (1.00) the rest of my daughter Nancy's share to go to my grand daughter Lizzie Jester, and it is understood that my said executor shall in ninty days or sooner after my death sell all my personal property which I may possess and devide the money among my lawful heirs as above provided. Witness my hand and seal this the 7th day of Oct, 1913."
