Looking for information on the family of Jeremiah Fletcher and Louisa Ann (CARTER) WALDEN. My grandmother, Lydia Jane WALDEN, was born after the 1880 census, married before the 1900 -- and we all know about the 1890! I've been told there was a family Bible, but it ended up in another branch of the family whose descendants cannot locate it. There was no birth certificate and her death certificate doesn't indicate her parents, so I have a broken link except for family stories. I've found no indication of probate, either. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
